SM-3210R Scale inhibitor / dispersant

SM-3210R is a kind of highly effective scale inhibitor and dispersant, especially suitable for water quality with high content of metal oxides, silicon and scaling salts. SM-F5300 has high scale inhibition efficiency and does not coagulate with residual coagulants or silicon compounds rich in aluminum and iron to form insoluble polymers. Using the product in the system can reduce the equipment investment and operating costs of reverse osmosis (RO), nanofiltration (NF) or ultrafiltration (UF) systems, in which case it can be used instead of ion exchange pretreatment systems.

◎Effectively control the scaling of inorganic substances within a large concentration range, the maximum allowable value of LSI in the absence of acid was 2.8；

◎It is especially effective in controlling iron, aluminum and heavy metal pollutants, and the concentration of iron in the influent side is allowed to reach 8.0 ppm;

◎It can effectively inhibit the polymerization and deposition of silicon, and the concentrated water side allows SiO2=290ppm;

◎It can be used in reverse osmosis CA and TFC membrane, nanofiltration membrane and ultrafiltration membrane;

◎Excellent solubility and stability;

◎PH value of feed water was effective in the range of 5-10.
