Product use:
The product is a highly effective scale inhibitor and dispersant. It is used to control membrane fouling caused by carbonate, sulfate and oxidation products deposition in membrane separation system. It can prolong membrane cleaning cycle and service life, reduce membrane replacement frequency and operation cost. It is suitable for water quality with high content of calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate, barium sulfate, strontium sulfate and calcium phosphate in RO membrane system.
Performance features:
◎Suitable for all reverse osmosis membranes, as well as nanofiltration (NF) and ultrafiltration (UF) systems;
◎Drinking water qualified certification, can be used in drinking pure water manufacturing system;
◎Excellent solubility and stability;
◎Compatible with aluminum and iron oxides in influent;
◎Suitable for feed water PH value range 5-10;
◎It has strong chelating ability and strong chelating effect on calcium magnesium ion and other heavy metal ions;
◎It has good scale inhibition and dispersion performance for carbonate scale, sulfate scale, phosphate scale and iron oxide precipitation, avoid the deposition of inorganic salt scale on the surface of the membrane, and the maximum LSI allowed is only 2.8;
◎The deposition of silicon can be controlled effectively, and the SiO2 content in the concentrated water side is allowed to be 290ppm;
◎It also has good dispersion performance for biological clay and small solid particles.

Usage and dosage:
After direct addition or dilution, the recommended dosage is 2-5ppm according to the complete analysis of water quality and the condition of reverse osmosis system, and is continuously added to the reverse osmosis device with diaphragm metering pump.

The product is an acid solution, the operation should avoid contact with eyes and skin directly; if accidentally sticky splash, immediately rinse with a large amount of water.
